Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre

I always choose this place for my stay. At my first visit, the staff helped with early check-in. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for a city trip.

The hotel was conveniently located near exchange shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, making it easy to explore the city. The free parking was a definite plus, making it hassle-free to have a rental car. the pool was beautiful after a day of sightseeing.

Breakfast & Room Cleanliness. Unfortunately, the breakfast I ordered was cold and delivered late.

I loved the direct connection to the fair, making it convenient to access the exhibition hall. The pool was a good size and the staff were always available. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, including Arabic and Indian options, along with continental choices. The chef even made my kids' sunny side-up eggs crispier, just the way they like it. We also enjoyed having the pool mostly to ourselves during our stay. My kids especially loved the "shoe-shine" area located near the rooms.

Felt exceptional, no complaints.

The room was so spacious and airy, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I could spread out and work while enjoying the stunning skyline views from the large windows. The modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and daily replenished tea/coffee facilities added to the charm.

I personally found the bathroom a bit too modern for my taste, but I'm sure others would appreciate it.

Location is convenient for exhibitors at the nearby center and the Metro Station WORLD TRADE CENTER is close by. To Dubai Mall 4-5 buses and to nearby malls especially Burj Khalifa. The room and bathroom were clean, and service was good. The "shoeshine" was a thoughtful gesture located near the rooms.

The pool area is lacking a hot tub.

The staff at the front office, particularly Ms. Pamela and Ms. Rozma, were extremely courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was attentive. The hotel is located in a great locality, with a reasonable price. The breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle bus service was excellent and always on time. the hotel provides great facilities and amenities.

The Novotel Fitness Center is the perfect place to start and end your day with world-class fitness equipment. In-Room Dining offers an extensive menu 24/7 for impromptu meetings or quiet dining. The Entre Nous Restaurant provides an all-day dining experience in a unique open space.

Oh, how I loved walking on dirty carpets and taking showers while standing in a puddle. The sleeper couch for the kids looked and felt dirty.

During our stay at Novotel, we were amazed by the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the World Trade Center Metro Station. It was also connected to the convention center with easy access to amenities like ATMs, currency exchange, and a pharmacy. The valet service was complimentary , but we appreciated the option of using the Careem pick-up point right in front of the hotel. The location couldn't have been better!

The location couldn't have been better for my business trip as it was right by the World Trade Center and perfectly situated for the exhibition center. Additionally, being just beside the convention center and close to the Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a range of top-notch amenities and services, such as car hire, 24-hour room service, and a shuttle service, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.

The stylish coffee shop turned out to be my go-to place for socializing. One evening, while sipping on a refreshing mocktail, I struck up a conversation with a fellow traveler and ended up sharing hilarious travel stories until the late hours. It felt like a scene straight out of a comedy movie.

Housekeeping could be improved.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities. Parking and transportation were easily available. This hotel has a perfect location, not far from the airport and near to downtown. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and accommodating.

We had an amazing time here! The location is unbeatable, right by the convention center and close to the mall. Plus, there are plenty of services available here, like car hire and room service, which made our stay even more luxurious. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, from an ironing board to a mini-bar. And we loved the terrace and outdoor seating – it was a great place to relax after a long day.

We highly recommend this venue to everyone.

We recently stayed at Novotel for a family vacation in Dubai. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, Dubai Mall, and the Exhibition Centre. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the comfortable beds. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the fast elevators were a pleasant surprise. The wifi connectivity throughout our room was also excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel. the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the meals were delicious and the wifi service was top-notch. the serene atmosphere added to the overall experience. the Blue Bar with its entertainment was cozy, and we enjoyed the excellent facilities like the gym and swimming pool. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options available, and we especially loved the outdoor seating. the location of the hotel was convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the airport and right next to the Convention centre. the view from the 11th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning Centre. It was also easy to access nearby restaurants and the entertaining McGettigans Irish pub via a short walk through the convention centre. We would highly recommend taking an evening mini cruise trip on the Creek to explore the old city and witness the beauty of the Dhows moored on the banks. Novotel exceeded our expectations and will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Dubai.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting because it provides a business center, meeting rooms, 24-hour reception, and a concierge service which can arrange car hire and tours. The business center was well-equipped and the meeting rooms were conducive for productive discussions. The 24-hour reception and concierge service made it convenient to arrange last-minute car hire for client meetings.

One service that I missed for my work was a more consistent quality of the internet connection in the meeting rooms.

Convenient shuttle service: The free shuttle service to various attractions in the city was a nice perk, made it easy to explore. Good location: The hotel was close to key attractions like the shopping mall and iconic landmarks. Friendly staff: The staff members, especially Patrick at the front desk and Vashinu at the restaurant, were helpful and provided excellent service.

Slow check-in process: The check-in process was a bit slow and crowded, which could have been improved. Minor billing issue: There was a minor issue with the minibar charges on the invoice, but it was promptly resolved.

We stayed at Novotel for a wedding at the convention center and the location couldn't have been better. the check-in and check-out process was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. the hotel's proximity to the Dubai World Trade Center made attending conferences at the center extremely convenient. We also appreciated the availability of Lexus taxis at reasonable prices. the hotel amenities, including the pool, gym, and massage facility, were all top-notch. And of course, the food was delicious.
